We are a small family farm raising goats, chickens, ducks, and turkeys. Our small farm is run us and our three kids. We have enjoyed the blessing of living out where we can raise a few animals and enjoy sharing the things the we have learned. The kids sell a few of the products that are produced like eggs and fresh milk and occasionally a animal here and there. Check out our blog and enjoy our farm.

Hey are so, so cute!!
Haha! No they are meat goats! Do you know that a mountain goat is not really a goat! The mountain goat is an even-toed ungulate of the order Artiodactyla and the family Bovidae that includes antelopes and cattle. It belongs to the subfamily Caprinae, along with thirty-two other species including true goats, sheep, the chamois and the musk ox. The mountain goat is the only species in the genus Oreamnos. The name Oreamnos is derived from the Greek term oros (stem ore-) 'mountain' (or, alternatively, oreas 'mountain nymph') and the word amnos 'lamb'. So its not really a goat, you couldnt breed them and prouduce anything.
They are so cute!
